Our co-founders Steve Finn & Len Ferguson started in 2004, and are still actively involved in doing deals day-to-day alongside the team of advisors.
Our business model is unique. We are not corporate advisors, and we are not accountants. Our expertise is sales and negotiation, and we have a deal-making culture in our organisation. Our team of advisors typically have a background of corporate management at the executive level, and also as an active shareholder in medium-large enterprises. We like our people to have run a business themselves, and invested their own capital into that business.
We are founded in Australia, and our daily interactions with clients are international. Every day we are dealing with clients from many countries around the world. We are an international business.
