Clark is an accomplished M&A advisor and business executive with over 25 years’ experience spanning investment banking, operational leadership, and transaction execution. He began his career at JP Morgan before moving into industry, where he held senior leadership roles across a range of industries including Healthcare, FMCG, Energy and Training. In these positions, Clark had full oversight of financial management, stakeholder engagement, sales and marketing, channel strategy, manufacturing, logistics, and IP management. He was also involved in several transactions on both the sell and buy sides prior to commencing with Finn Mergers & Acquisitions.
His lived experience allows Clark to bring hands-on knowledge to each mandate.
Clark holds a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) from Melbourne University.
